La Tulipe always comes through with the best designs! I ordered flowers for my sister in law's birthday, and they chose a really clean look that was very tasteful and beautiful, but simple. The flowers were super fresh, and I went back to my brothers house almost a month later and the flowers still looked fresh. I was really surprised ! I will always use La Tulipe because I trust that their designers will do a great job, and the GREAT customer service from them is always a plus.

La Tulipe went above & beyond! I placed a late order for a floral arrangement to be delivered the next day for a funeral. I received a call later that same night and spoke to the kind lady(I'm so sorry I can't remember your name ), but she said due to the late order they couldn't promise they would have the flowers needed for my order. I explained the situation and explained that it was ok for her to use whatever flowers she had. I wasn't promised on time delivery but they were gonna do their best. I am grateful for the effort because they delivered on time. Thank you so much for great customer service. If I can get ahold of the floral arrangement they made, I'll post. I would give more stars if I could. Annie put together the perfect floral arrangement for my niece, who is in the hospital. My niece loved them. She sent me a picture and they were beautiful. Annie was a delight to work with and really cared that they got to my niece quickly. If you want a first class florist, La Tulipe is the best.

Special ordered the very special lily style Asian bouquet Lilies furnished the overnite delivery following day! A gorgeous white china vase with over 25 blooms, whose aromas filled the air in our home for nearly two weeks prompting oohs and. Aha from all her visiting friends for her specia l ! I received a stunning arrangement prepared by the very talented Annie Kim Owner/Designer. It came with watering instructions, which I followed. The arrangement is still gorgeous two weeks later! Highly recommend this business! BTW, I live on Balboa Island and the delivery was right on time!

Met with Annie at La Tulipe to order a casket spray for my Uncle's service. I provided her a picture of what we wanted the arrangements to look like and the flowers we wanted. With all the expenses that had already incurred for the funeral service, we were on a tight budget. Annie was extremely understanding and worked with the budget we gave her, while still ensuring that the flowers we receive will be beautiful. When we arrived at my Uncle's viewing, we were very pleased and happy at how beautiful she made the spray...better than what we had envisioned. I would definitely recommend La Tulipe for any occasion.

I was caught in a pinch this morning when another florist lost my order, even though I ordered it two months ago. I called La Tulipe floral design and they were absolutely more than accommodating. I placed my order at 11 AM and it was delivered before 5 PM. I just found a new florist in that area! My niece absolutely loved the arrangement! Thanks La Tulipe! You now have a new customer!

I used Annie for my wedding. She was fantastic. I was very vague in my description of what I wanted. I basically told her she was the professional, not me, so she needed to tell me what was going to look good. Told her we were going for a rustic look for our wedding, what my colors were, and sent her a couple pictures of things I liked. She nailed it! Exactly what I imagined, but couldn't say. She was so friendly and personable too. Flowers were delivered on time and everything went off without a hitch. Professional, friendly, and very talented! Oh and prices were very reasonable as well.

Walked into La Tulipe the day before Valentine's Day to see if I can get a wedding bouquet and large arrangement in an oversized martini glass for a couple of great friends. Annie did such a great job on my flowers! Most of the arrangements were bigger than I expected them to be and the colors were fantastic! Annie had great suggestions when I didn't know what I was looking for, but she was great at accommodating the things I was stubborn about too. Great wedding florist!

We expected a florist to be able to make our vision come true but not only did Annie (florist/owner) make it come true, she took it to another level. Annie is not your average florist she is an artist that works with flowers.

They are not what they used to be. Overpriced, the flowers they deliver are a bastered-child version of what you see on the website and the vase they come in are almost never the same as what you see on the website. I gave them a 3 because the owner is very nice on the phone.

Relying on a photo, I ordered a summer bouquet from La Tulipe for my sister-in-law's birthday, and she loved them -- even sent me a picture. La Tulipe Floral is now my go-to florist in Geneva. I'll use them again, for sure.

There's no words to explain that feeling when someone walks in with a flower delivery and it has your name on the card. Especially in an office filled with other women who usually are the recipients... It was a unexpected surprise of Happy! I thought the first time I worked with Annie she was the best - but the most recent winter formal flowers were the best I've ever seen for my 2 sons high schools dances over 6 years! She is always so great about asking what the date's dress color is and what color ribbon (as a mother of 2 boys, I just don't think of these things!:)), and then confirming if we want to order the boutonnière with her too so they will match. I'm always last minute and she is always accommodating and makes the pick up easy. I am now the one recommending La Tulipe to other moms!

The flower arrangements were gorgeous! I was able to hang my bouquet upside down to dry them & the entire amount dried perfectly for a beautiful keepsake. All of the flowers were stunning from the rock & roll roses, white star gaze lilies, black calla lilies, & blood red roses. Those blood red roses were the sweetest & most fragrant roses I have ever smelled.

Annie did a wonderful job on my wedding!! She arrived earlier than asked and made my setting beautiful! All the arrangements were more beautiful in person. One person commented that they were more prettier than Kate Middleton's' wedding:) I am so happy I chose her and would choose her again for the next occasion! I didn't have the best result with the leis I ordered; however, she called me at 8 pm, immediately after reading my review and she was so kind and lovely. My original review:
I ordered two leis for my son's graduation from Chico State. I hand carried the leis (via a plastic container given at pick-up) on the plane for the ceremony which was 9:00am the next morning. I gave my son the container and he placed in it the fridge. When I saw him after the ceremony, I noticed two things: (1) he wasn't wearing the white flower lei as it fell apart in his hands when putting it on and (2) the purple orchid lei was only 3/4 of flowers... it didn't go end to end!

I placed an order for a Bday bouquet that wasn´t delivered on the indicated date. I had issues contacting the seller, but once I did I was explained that she had staff with Covid that weren´t available to answer calls or emails. In addition, apparently the local florist had shut down their system for personal reasons (??) and didn´t process my order. A chain of odd events. Eventually, although a day later than the original date, the California seller took care of my order and upgrated the bouquet to the most expensive one and was delivered a day later. I would recommend always making sure the florist is a local seller in your area.

Annie designed the flowers for my wedding. She is so personable and great to work with during the planning process. Planning a wedding can be stressful and it was nice to get her feedback and advise on setup and design. She kept us on track with the amount we budgeted for flowers. Everything came out amazing! Looking back at our wedding photos it’s clear how the arrangements can really change an event space and make it “you” for your special day.
