That florist dropped the ball and La Tulipe was all over it calling everyone shop including grocery stores to get an arrangement over to the destination. That flower shop closed for the weekend so La Tulipe placed another order with another flower shop to make sure it would get delivered Monday and upgraded it for us. They again went over and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! I actually ended up with 2 sets of flowers because they wanted to make sure we got them. I was kind of was worried with going with them because they were in another state but they were amazing ! Better customer service and product than the usual big floral shipping sites! I will never use 1-800 Flowers or FTD again !
