I have had multiple exchanges with La Tulipe Floral. As a customer I have received some of the most beautiful and exotic orchids for my wife. Through the event business I have seen owner Annie work with clients and put together incredible arrangements. Each time has been a very professional experience and the art is at a high level. I regularly refer La Tulipe to my clients without hesitation.

Though what I ordered was not what was delivered, they were extremely prompt in responding and handling the issue. I will try them again.

I came in last minute wanting to grab a bouquet for my co-worker's birthday and Annie threw together the most gorgeous set in 5 minutes! I couldn't be more thankful for the thoughtfulness and hospitality that I received. Will be coming back again very soon.

Relying on a photo, I ordered a summer bouquet from La Tulipe for my sister-in-law's birthday, and she loved them -- even sent me a picture. La Tulipe Floral is now my go-to florist in Geneva. I'll use them again, for sure.

Annie (florist) works with your budget, she put together what you like before you pick, which is helpful.

I had a great experience at this flower shop! The staff are super nice and really helpful, they took the time to help me pick out the perfect bouquet. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. The flowers were fresh, beautifully arranged, and lasted a long time. Everything looked high quality, and the whole place just smelled amazing. It’s definitely my go-to spot now whenever I need flowers for any occasion. Highly recommend checking them out!

Annie was awesome and seemed very helpful from the first time we met with her. She offered to help in every way she could and she really was able to fill a lot of the 'holes' as far as service that we needed. She was willing and able to do setup, bring chairs, etc, etc. The problem came on the day of the wedding: There was no flower petals in the aisle way as requested, no tool across the chairs as requested at the ceremony, and no tool at the reception. We were told later that there was no enough to cover but we never received a call for instructions. Annie was very sorry, though, and offered some arrangements after and overall we do appreciate all she was able to do. The problems seems to have been that she relied to much on assistants rather than being there herself. There was even a problem delivering the 'I'm sorry' arrangements that were sent to us later.

It is difficult for us to recommend La Tulipe to anyone but seeing all the other rave reviews, perhaps it was just bad luck/timing. Thing happen and we are sorry they happened to us. All in all though, the arrangements we got at the wedding and after were beautiful, so it is tough not to recommend those.

Annie just did my wedding and I was so happy with all the flowers and arrangements. I've never seen flowers more beautiful! My boutique was out of this world.

I gave her an idea of my vision from Instagram and she executed perfectly. She's also so easy to work with! She's very sweet too. I was so sad that I had to walk away from all the arrangements at the end of the night.

I'd definitely use her again for another party!

The design is beautiful, I ordered the 'sammi' arrangement with orchids and I paid extra for premium so i figured that if the picture shown on their web it's already beautiful as it is, so paying for premium will be even better since they specify that more blooming will be added! The arrangement delivered was beautiful but looked basic even less blooming than picture on their web. Although it was a beautiful arrangement design but I dont think extra blooming was added to it.

Annie is the best! When I was planning my wedding I knew I wanted the flowers to be amazing. I looked through tons of web images and I found many ideas. But, when the time came to deciding exactly what I wanted, I was overwhelmed. I worked with Annie and she created a beautiful design which was better than I could imagine. I was really impressed that Annie was willing to help me save money by replacing some expensive blooms with other flowers which were just as lovely. On my wedding day, the flowers were unforgettable and the WOW factor was present in every little detail my amazing bouquet, the cake topper, the gorgeous wedding arch, and the jaw dropping table centerpieces. The most beautiful and amazing spray of flowers!!! So creative! I asked for them to incorporate a water polo cap and ball (who would've guessed that you could put a large ball in the center of a spray) - unbelievable!!!

Placed a last min order and asked for quick delivery and La Tulip made it happen! The arrangement was amazing!! The flowers were bright, colorful, elegant and fresh. everyone was so impressed! My original review:
I ordered two leis for my son's graduation from Chico State. I hand carried the leis (via a plastic container given at pick-up) on the plane for the ceremony which was 9:00am the next morning. I gave my son the container and he placed in it the fridge. When I saw him after the ceremony, I noticed two things: (1) he wasn't wearing the white flower lei as it fell apart in his hands when putting it on and (2) the purple orchid lei was only 3/4 of flowers... it didn't go end to end!

The arrangement was full and fresh. The website was easy to use, and the selections were numerous and all really beautiful. The owners went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy with what had been delivered. That was very impressive. I will use them again!

Annie did a wonderful job on my wedding!! She arrived earlier than asked and made my setting beautiful! All the arrangements were more beautiful in person. One person commented that they were more prettier than Kate Middleton's' wedding:) I am so happy I chose her and would choose her again for the next occasion! The centerpieces La Tulipe delivered for my wedding went above and beyond my expectations. They were absolutely beautiful; colorful, all flowers in bloom, fresh and fragrant. Everyone could not believe the brightness and color of the flowers. Absolutely gorgeous. Reasonable pricing and a clear breakdown of costs, I had no surprises there. Annie was a bit hard to get a hold of sometimes, but being the owner of the business I understood.

I was caught in a pinch this morning when another florist lost my order, even though I ordered it two months ago. I called La Tulipe floral design and they were absolutely more than accommodating. I placed my order at 11 AM and it was delivered before 5 PM. I just found a new florist in that area! My niece absolutely loved the arrangement! Thanks La Tulipe! You now have a new customer!

First and foremost, La Tulipe's has one of the most beautiful and freshest flower arrangements I've ever seen. I've ordered the 'designer's choice' for my partners birthday and it was absolutely stunning. In addition, Annie and her team are beyond amazing. There was a slight mix up on the delivery address and Annie personally stepped up to resolve this issue, on a Friday night too! Never have I experienced such spectacular customer service. The flowers I got from here are fantastic. They were delivered on Friday 3rd May, the temperature here was 100f! I wasn't home so they had to sit on the doorstep. It is now Wed 7th and they look as good as if they had just arrived. Beautiful all white arrangement in clear glass vase. These are BY FAR the best flowers that I have received in this area, I have had a number of deliveries from a larger florist and they have all been rubbish compared to this. So impressed.

I have used this flower shop on several occasions, i've always been happy with the product on the service.

I know how difficult it is being in business these days and I commend these people for what they have to put up with.

They are not what they used to be. Overpriced, the flowers they deliver are a bastered-child version of what you see on the website and the vase they come in are almost never the same as what you see on the website. I gave them a 3 because the owner is very nice on the phone.

Annie was fantastic! I had a vision in mind, but didn't know much about flowers. She went above and beyond to make everything look great! The bouquets were better than I imagined and the arch was beautiful. I made some changes to things, even a week before the event, and she was more than happy to help. She was very friendly and professional and everything looked wonderful.

I tried to send same day delivery flowers. I put the order in before the cut-off time. I received an email that said the flowers were being delivered the following day because "I just spoke with our connecting florist in Cheverly and wanted to let you know that we have to push the delivery date because the storm they're having is preventing the owner from wanting to put their driver on the road." It is 53 degrees and sunny here. They mailbox for customer service is full, so there is no way to speak with anyone. I would not recommend using them!

I am editing my review because the Customer service representative , Annie, followed up on my problem after reading this review and got to the bottom of my problem. She called me personally and we got flowers out to my friend on time. Thank you Annie!

I got the most beautiful arrangement for my birthday! They have amazing designers, unlike anywhere else I have seen. The arrangement lasted forever and I will definitely be getting all my floral needs from La Tulipe from here on out!

I don't often give reviews even though I relay on them heavily from Yelp, but I felt it only proper to acknowledge a superior vendor. This week was my mothers 90th birthday and I couldn't be with her. She has recently been placed in a Board & Care facility (one step below Assisted Living) and her days are not what they were. So, it was to be flowers to bring her some joy. I always try to find a local florist to whomever I'm sending to. Read the reviews and it was to be La Tulipe. I received a picture of the flowers and was told the picture doesn't do them justice. In fact, not until later did they realize the arrangement was photographed from behind. If that was the back side, I can't image how spectacular the front was. I was told they were the freshest flowers they'd ever seen delivered from a florist. The consensus is this arrange will bring joy for days to come. Thank you La Tulipe for helping me make my mother's birthday special.

Sincerely the best florist in orange county. I had the opportunity to spend a lot of time with the owner and get beautiful arrangements from herself and the designer. She gives you a sense of home and is always willing to work with anyone and provide the best service and care. It's a loving business with product that will never disappoint

I placed an order for a Bday bouquet that wasn´t delivered on the indicated date. I had issues contacting the seller, but once I did I was explained that she had staff with Covid that weren´t available to answer calls or emails. In addition, apparently the local florist had shut down their system for personal reasons (??) and didn´t process my order. A chain of odd events. Eventually, although a day later than the original date, the California seller took care of my order and upgrated the bouquet to the most expensive one and was delivered a day later. I would recommend always making sure the florist is a local seller in your area.

La Tulipe goes beyond customer’s expectations! The owner personally called me on the Friday when she had to place my order with another florist due to me being in another state. That florist dropped the ball and La Tulipe was all over it calling everyone shop including grocery stores to get an arrangement over to the destination. That flower shop closed for the weekend so La Tulipe placed another order with another flower shop to make sure it would get delivered Monday and upgraded it for us. They again went over and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! I actually ended up with 2 sets of flowers because they wanted to make sure we got them. I was kind of was worried with going with them because they were in another state but they were amazing ! Better customer service and product than the usual big floral shipping sites! I will never use 1-800 Flowers or FTD again !

Annie is fabulous! Her arrangements are amazing! She's very easy to work with and just gets the aesthetic every time. She's made several arrangements for me, ranging from birthday bouquet, table decor and larger funeral arrangement and quite a few more. Each time she's knocked it out of the park! She's so talented and I wouldn't use anyone else! Annie and her shop are an absolute gem in Laguna Niguel.

There's no words to explain that feeling when someone walks in with a flower delivery and it has your name on the card. Especially in an office filled with other women who usually are the recipients... It was a unexpected surprise of Happy! The arrangement was amazing and I appreciate the love that went into making it perfectly to reflect me!
