Omg the flowers here are amazing. Love their designs on the website. You can tell they know what they are doing and I had a hard time even choosing from everything on their website and it's way better then anything you can get at the grocery store. I placed an order for a Bday bouquet that wasn´t delivered on the indicated date. I had issues contacting the seller, but once I did I was explained that she had staff with Covid that weren´t available to answer calls or emails. In addition, apparently the local florist had shut down their system for personal reasons (??) and didn´t process my order. A chain of odd events. Eventually, although a day later than the original date, the California seller took care of my order and upgrated the bouquet to the most expensive one and was delivered a day later. I would recommend always making sure the florist is a local seller in your area.

We expected a florist to be able to make our vision come true but not only did Annie (florist/owner) make it come true, she took it to another level. Annie is not your average florist she is an artist that works with flowers.

A good friend of mine introduced me to this floral shop. Went through their menu and chose my choice. Their custom designs are beautiful, but a tad too expensive on the orchid designs. All in all, it's a great floral shop and conveniently located.

The design is beautiful, I ordered the 'sammi' arrangement with orchids and I paid extra for premium so i figured that if the picture shown on their web it's already beautiful as it is, so paying for premium will be even better since they specify that more blooming will be added! The arrangement delivered was beautiful but looked basic even less blooming than picture on their web. Although it was a beautiful arrangement design but I dont think extra blooming was added to it.

Annie designed the flowers for my wedding. She is so personable and great to work with during the planning process. Planning a wedding can be stressful and it was nice to get her feedback and advise on setup and design. She kept us on track with the amount we budgeted for flowers. Everything came out amazing! Looking back at our wedding photos it’s clear how the arrangements can really change an event space and make it “you” for your special day.

Relying on a photo, I ordered a summer bouquet from La Tulipe for my sister-in-law's birthday, and she loved them -- even sent me a picture. La Tulipe Floral is now my go-to florist in Geneva. I'll use them again, for sure.

I would like to share that customer service is alive and well at La Tulipe Floral designs!!! I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a different state. Being in Texas I did not take into consideration the weather in Wisconsin On the delivery instructions I said if not home leave at the front door. Cecilia not only called and left me a message, she also sent a text letting me know it was to cold to leave the arrangement at the front door. I contacted my friends and the spoke with Cecilia in order to facilitate the delivery!Thank you Cecilia you went above and beyond what another person would do!

I used Annie for my wedding. She was fantastic. I was very vague in my description of what I wanted. I basically told her she was the professional, not me, so she needed to tell me what was going to look good. Told her we were going for a rustic look for our wedding, what my colors were, and sent her a couple pictures of things I liked. She nailed it! Exactly what I imagined, but couldn't say. She was so friendly and personable too. Flowers were delivered on time and everything went off without a hitch. Professional, friendly, and very talented! Oh and prices were very reasonable as well.

A truly lovely experience from start to finish and all done online/through email. So, it was to be flowers to bring her some joy. I always try to find a local florist to whomever I'm sending to. Read the reviews and it was to be La Tulipe.

I received a picture of the flowers and was told the picture doesn't do them justice. In fact, not until later did they realize the arrangement was photographed from behind. If that was the back side, I can't image how spectacular the front was. I was told they were the freshest flowers they'd ever seen delivered from a florist. The consensus is this arrange will bring joy for days to come. Thank you La Tulipe for helping me make my mother's birthday special.

As for flowers, I just used this vendor for just personal flowers. Anne Kim was an absolute doll! I loved working with her. The flower turned out better than I expected. My original flowers for the groomsmen were supposed to be white orchids, but they were in the mist of dying so she replaced them with purple ones; which turned out to be wonderful match to the color theme. The only exception was that one of my bridesmaid flowers was wrapped in masking-tape instead of satin...I'm assuming she ran out.

I am so impressed by Anna, Owner, of La Tulipe floral design. I didn't have the best result with the leis I ordered; however, she called me at 8 pm, immediately after reading my review and she was so kind and lovely. Thank you Anna for turning this experience around for me 100%! I encourage you to give this small business a try ...they are fabulous and they have my full recommendation.

I ordered two leis for my son's graduation from Chico State. I hand carried the leis (via a plastic container given at pick-up) on the plane for the ceremony which was 9:00am the next morning. I gave my son the container and he placed in it the fridge. When I saw him after the ceremony, I noticed two things: (1) he wasn't wearing the white flower lei as it fell apart in his hands when putting it on and (2) the purple orchid lei was only 3/4 of flowers... it didn't go end to end!

I called needing three, day of arrangements for a memorial lunch. La Tulipe was so incredibly accommodating. Flowers were beautiful and delivered to the restaurant on time and set on the table as I arrived. So many compliments were given. Will absolutely be returning and referring friends and family

La Tulipe designs the most gorgeous arrangements that you can imagine. They use super fresh flowers and the arrangements always last much longer than you would get from anyone else. I use them every chance I get, and my recipients are always amazed at the beauty.

I'm really glad I stumbled upon La Tulipe on yelp. I called a few places beforehand and nobody really seemed genuine about helping me with flowers I wanted to send. This particular occasion was very personal to me so I wanted to make sure I found the perfect florist. When I called La Tulipe a nice lady named Annie answered. I'm so glad she did. I really felt heard when I was telling her what I wanted with the flowers and she walked me through her own professional opinion as well. I use La Tulipe for all my business and personal orders. The flowers are beautiful and Annie communicates if there are any issues with delivery or even flower substitution. I ordered flowers online yesterday at 2pm and they were able to deliver them a few hours later. I highly recommend them for all your flower orders!

La Tulipe goes beyond customer’s expectations! The owner personally called me on the Friday when she had to place my order with another florist due to me being in another state. That florist dropped the ball and La Tulipe was all over it calling everyone shop including grocery stores to get an arrangement over to the destination. That flower shop closed for the weekend so La Tulipe placed another order with another flower shop to make sure it would get delivered Monday and upgraded it for us. They again went over and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! I actually ended up with 2 sets of flowers because they wanted to make sure we got them. I was kind of was worried with going with them because they were in another state but they were amazing ! Better customer service and product than the usual big floral shipping sites! I will never use 1-800 Flowers or FTD again !

I received a stunning arrangement prepared by the very talented Annie Kim Owner/Designer. It came with watering instructions, which I followed. The arrangement is still gorgeous two weeks later! Highly recommend this business! BTW, I live on Balboa Island and the delivery was right on time!

I would give more stars if I could. Annie put together the perfect floral arrangement for my niece, who is in the hospital. My niece loved them. She sent me a picture and they were beautiful. Annie was a delight to work with and really cared that they got to my niece quickly. If you want a first class florist, La Tulipe is the best.
