I'm really glad I stumbled upon La Tulipe on yelp. I called a few places beforehand and nobody really seemed genuine about helping me with flowers I wanted to send. This particular occasion was very personal to me so I wanted to make sure I found the perfect florist. When I called La Tulipe a nice lady named Annie answered. I'm so glad she did. I really felt heard when I was telling her what I wanted with the flowers and she walked me through her own professional opinion as well. This was the first time ordering from La Tulipe. I normally order from a different florist in North OC, but our Memorial service was in South OC so I looked at what several different florist offered and really liked what I saw on La Tulipe's site. I ordered on online but had a few questions so I called first. I had the pleasure of speaking to Annie and she was really helpful. The flowers arrived on time and were very beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend or order again from this florist.

The flowers I got from here are fantastic. They were delivered on Friday 3rd May, the temperature here was 100f! I wasn't home so they had to sit on the doorstep. It is now Wed 7th and they look as good as if they had just arrived.

These are BY FAR the best flowers that I have received in this area, I have had a number of deliveries from a larger florist and they have all been rubbish compared to this.
So impressed.

I feel this place is past its prime. Place is cramped and dated. Flower arrangement styles are dated. Even the center it's in is in need of a renovation. Stopped in to pick up flowers for my wife and just didn't like the whole deal. Very limited selection. Asked for roses to be wrapped in brown paper and I got this weird iridescent glittering mesh fabric wrap. Roses were moderate in quality at best. Just weird.

As you see, I like to spoil my mother. The middle flowers are from La Tulipe right on time for my moms birthday, I was on the phone when she got them and she was so happy and thinks they're beautiful! I do too! Simple and her favorite color is purple. No matter the distance, La Tulipe comes through!

I've seen many flower arrangements from here. Just STUNNING!!!! I recently had some flowers delivered. All I can say is PERFECTION. Flowers were beautiful and delivered on time and as requested.

I would like to share that customer service is alive and well at La Tulipe Floral designs!!! I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a different state. Being in Texas I did not take into consideration the weather in Wisconsin On the delivery instructions I said if not home leave at the front door.

Cecilia not only called and left me a message, she also sent a text letting me know it was to cold to leave the arrangement at the front door.

I contacted my friends and the spoke with Cecilia in order to facilitate the delivery!

A truly lovely experience from start to finish and all done online/through email. They were incredibly responsive when my original delivery date was not available and were able to update to a new address on short notice. The arrangement they created was superb and the recipient loved it. Definitely go with "Designer's Choice" if you don't know what to pick; the flower artists here really have a gorgeous eye. First and foremost, La Tulipe's has one of the most beautiful and freshest flower arrangements I've ever seen. I've ordered the 'designer's choice' for my partners birthday and it was absolutely stunning.

In addition, Annie and her team are beyond amazing. There was a slight mix up on the delivery address and Annie personally stepped up to resolve this issue, on a Friday night too! Never have I experienced such spectacular customer service.

A good friend of mine introduced me to this floral shop. Went through their menu and chose my choice. Their custom designs are beautiful, but a tad too expensive on the orchid designs. All in all, it's a great floral shop and conveniently located.

Annie is the best! When I was planning my wedding I knew I wanted the flowers to be amazing. I looked through tons of web images and I found many ideas. But, when the time came to deciding exactly what I wanted, I was overwhelmed. I worked with Annie and she created a beautiful design which was better than I could imagine. I was really impressed that Annie was willing to help me save money by replacing some expensive blooms with other flowers which were just as lovely. La Tulipe designs the most gorgeous arrangements that you can imagine. They use super fresh flowers and the arrangements always last much longer than you would get from anyone else. I use them every chance I get, and my recipients are always amazed at the beauty.

We chose La Tulipe as it was a preferred vendor from our wedding venue.

The owner, Annie, was very pleasant to work with, was helpful with all our questions/concerns, good with communication, and made our vision come true for our big day. There was also never any pressure on budget, which was very refreshing!

Our centerpieces were included in our package through the venue (part of the reason we went with La Tulipe, as she had worked this venue many times) and they were exactly what we wanted - personally, I had feared they would be/look cheap (since they were "included"), but I was REALLY impressed with how they turned out.

Annie also worked with my now Husband, on two projects, that were surprises - both turned out amazing!

All in all, we were both very happy with La Tulipe, and would recommend to anyone looking for a florist.

As for flowers, I just used this vendor for just personal flowers. Anne Kim was an absolute doll! I loved working with her. The flower turned out better than I expected. My original flowers for the groomsmen were supposed to be white orchids, but they were in the mist of dying so she replaced them with purple ones; which turned out to be wonderful match to the color theme. The only exception was that one of my bridesmaid flowers was wrapped in masking-tape instead of satin...I'm assuming she ran out.

Annie just did my wedding and I was so happy with all the flowers and arrangements. I've never seen flowers more beautiful! My boutique was out of this world.

I gave her an idea of my vision from Instagram and she executed perfectly. She's also so easy to work with! She's very sweet too. I was so sad that I had to walk away from all the arrangements at the end of the night.

I was referred to La Tulipe by a local shop, as the person I was sending flowers to lives out of the local area. For context, they live in a very small town and don't have mail delivered to their house, so we had a bit of a challenge with delivery options. La Tulipe stepped up, was very responsive, and helped me redirect the delivery to a family member's house. These were sympathy flowers, and La Tulipe's designer did a masterful job, ultimately bringing tears of joy to this family during an otherwise sad time.

Unbelievable arrangement once again. I have used this shop now for many occasions and they keep outdoing themselves each time. I would highly recommend them for any event or special occasion you may have. What I appreciate even more is that the owner is involved from inception to creation. I believe her name is Annie. Annie was awesome and seemed very helpful from the first time we met with her. She offered to help in every way she could and she really was able to fill a lot of the 'holes' as far as service that we needed. She was willing and able to do setup, bring chairs, etc, etc. The problem came on the day of the wedding: There was no flower petals in the aisle way as requested, no tool across the chairs as requested at the ceremony, and no tool at the reception. We were told later that there was no enough to cover but we never received a call for instructions. Annie was very sorry, though, and offered some arrangements after and overall we do appreciate all she was able to do. The problems seems to have been that she relied to much on assistants rather than being there herself. There was even a problem delivering the 'I'm sorry' arrangements that were sent to us later.

It is difficult for us to recommend La Tulipe to anyone but seeing all the other rave reviews, perhaps it was just bad luck/timing. Thing happen and we are sorry they happened to us. All in all though, the arrangements we got at the wedding and after were beautiful, so it is tough not to recommend those.

I have been using La Tulipe Floral Designs for a few years now to surprise my Mom in Michigan. Here is the latest arrangement they did for my mothers 70th birthday. I am updating my review to a perfect 5. There was an initial problem with my order, and the owner went out of her way to correct and resend a beautiful arrangement in it's place. Her customer service was 5 Star, and the new basket and plants are just what was advertised. I will certainly use La Tulipe in the future.
