I didn't have the best result with the leis I ordered; however, she called me at 8 pm, immediately after reading my review and she was so kind and lovely. My original review:
I ordered two leis for my son's graduation from Chico State. I hand carried the leis (via a plastic container given at pick-up) on the plane for the ceremony which was 9:00am the next morning. I gave my son the container and he placed in it the fridge. When I saw him after the ceremony, I noticed two things: (1) he wasn't wearing the white flower lei as it fell apart in his hands when putting it on and (2) the purple orchid lei was only 3/4 of flowers... it didn't go end to end!

Annie designed the flowers for my wedding. She is so personable and great to work with during the planning process. Planning a wedding can be stressful and it was nice to get her feedback and advise on setup and design. She kept us on track with the amount we budgeted for flowers. Everything came out amazing! Looking back at our wedding photos it’s clear how the arrangements can really change an event space and make it “you” for your special day.

Amazing!!! Annie is wonderful and even showed up early to my reception site so that she could drop off just the bouquets. She then went back to her shop and brought the rest of the flowers back later so they won�t wilt. She did this all with a broken foot and the flowers blew me away! She went above and beyond what I could ever have imagined and I kept getting compliments all night about how beautiful the flowers were. She worked with me based on my budget and what I wanted. Most other florists I spoke to frowned upon my ideas and mostly put in their two cents, but Annie listened and helped me to elaborate on my ideas. She was on top of everything and I would highly recommend her! I didn�t have to worry about anything that day and she is the sweetest person. I can't say enough about La Tulipe except they were wonderful!

I ordered a flower arrangement for a friend who just had surgery. I chose La Tulipe Floral Designs because I was recommended by a few people. Someone told me that they are family owned. I decided to give this flower shop a try.
I ordered the flowers titled " One Fine Day", In the picture online, it looks like a beautiful vase with something green inside. I saw a picture of the flowers that my friend received, The vase looked nothing like the picture, The vase part didn't seem like it was glass, seemed like a cheap basket but couldn't tell for sure. The vase in the picture on the website seemed like clear glass. The vase I saw from my friend seemed like a greenish color.

Overall, they did A GREAT job designing them but it was way too pricy. I understand there is a delivery fee and other fees but it was way to pricy for the look of the flowers. It also looked really small. I wish they put it in a better looking vase. Overall, I liked it but it wasn't great. I am not sure if I would use them again. I bet, there are other flower shops that may be a little less expensive. I thought I would give them a four rating because the flowers looked beautiful but wasn't great. Wish it was a clear vase.

I am not sure if I would order from them again unless they had coupons or better deals.

I used Annie for my wedding. She was fantastic. I was very vague in my description of what I wanted. I basically told her she was the professional, not me, so she needed to tell me what was going to look good. Told her we were going for a rustic look for our wedding, what my colors were, and sent her a couple pictures of things I liked. She nailed it! Exactly what I imagined, but couldn't say. She was so friendly and personable too. Flowers were delivered on time and everything went off without a hitch. Professional, friendly, and very talented! Oh and prices were very reasonable as well.

La Tulipe is fantastic! Their flowers and arrangements are absolutely breathtaking, hands down the prettiest arrangements, I have ever seen! I would highly recommend La Tulipe! The staff really listens to your needs, and magically comes up with the very thing you had visualized ! The arrangements are beautiful, the staff is amazingly professional, kind and friendly! Just went to this florist for the first time Saturday. Annie is so creative and helpful. I needed a small arrangement for my girlfriends 50th birthday party. I had no idea what flowers to choose, but Annie did. She made the most beautiful arrangement and everyone at the party noticed them. I had a VERY LAST MINUTE custom order that I needed within an hour for my nephew's anniversary. Not only did they have it ready on time, but the flowers exceeded our expectations! They are not what they used to be. Overpriced, the flowers they deliver are a bastered-child version of what you see on the website and the vase they come in are almost never the same as what you see on the website. I gave them a 3 because the owner is very nice on the phone.

Annie is fabulous! Her arrangements are amazing! She's very easy to work with and just gets the aesthetic every time. We expected a florist to be able to make our vision come true but not only did Annie (florist/owner) make it come true, she took it to another level. Annie is not your average florist she is an artist that works with flowers.

Walked into La Tulipe the day before Valentine's Day to see if I can get a wedding bouquet and large arrangement in an oversized martini glass for a couple of great friends. Anne, the owner, went over and above to make sure the bouquet and arrangement were outstanding. I would recommend this florist to anyone for every occasion.

La Tulipe handled the flowers for my father's service. The flowers were beautiful. They set them up perfect throughout the room. In such a difficult time for our family it was wonderful to work with someone who could simplify any part of the process for us and do beautiful work at the same time. Thank you so much for everything!

As for flowers, I just used this vendor for just personal flowers. Anne Kim was an absolute doll! I loved working with her. The flower turned out better than I expected. My original flowers for the groomsmen were supposed to be white orchids, but they were in the mist of dying so she replaced them with purple ones; which turned out to be wonderful match to the color theme. The only exception was that one of my bridesmaid flowers was wrapped in masking-tape instead of satin...I'm assuming she ran out.

Met with Annie at La Tulipe to order a casket spray for my Uncle's service. I provided her a picture of what we wanted the arrangements to look like and the flowers we wanted. With all the expenses that had already incurred for the funeral service, we were on a tight budget. Annie was extremely understanding and worked with the budget we gave her, while still ensuring that the flowers we receive will be beautiful. When we arrived at my Uncle's viewing, we were very pleased and happy at how beautiful she made the spray...better than what we had envisioned. I would definitely recommend La Tulipe for any occasion.

La Tulipe is unreal! They have saved me on several occasions with late orders. I highly recommend "designers choice!" I gave a few simple details about my mom, and they delivered a GORGEOUS arrangement that she is in love with! I won't use another florist ever!

The flowers I got from here are fantastic. They were delivered on Friday 3rd May, the temperature here was 100f! I wasn't home so they had to sit on the doorstep. It is now Wed 7th and they look as good as if they had just arrived.

First and foremost, La Tulipe's has one of the most beautiful and freshest flower arrangements I've ever seen. I've ordered the 'designer's choice' for my partners birthday and it was absolutely stunning.

In addition, Annie and her team are beyond amazing. There was a slight mix up on the delivery address and Annie personally stepped up to resolve this issue, on a Friday night too! Never have I experienced such spectacular customer service.

Her flowers are beautiful and her team is amazing. This will be my go-to floral shop for all future celebrations moving forward!

Annie was great to work with! The centerpieces, my bouquet, my bridesmaids bouquets, and boutonnieres ended up looking so great given the simple design we wanted. If you don't know anything about flowers, she's very honest about what will and will not work well together. She suggested adding hydrandreas to my centerpieces, which I am so glad I took her advice. She really nailed the style I was looking for (simple, timeless, elegant, and classy, nothing overdone and gawdy). Flowers were great quality, and the way she arranged the occasional red roses with the white/ivory roses and hydrangeas looked perfect; like straight out of a magazine. Also, her delivery to the hotel was right on time, and she is very easy to get a hold of if you have any questions or editions to add. She worked with our budget, and was honest with what was more or less expensive. So I never felt she was trying to upsell me or rip me off to get me to choose more expensive flowers. I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with!

A truly lovely experience from start to finish and all done online/through email. They were incredibly responsive when my original delivery date was not available and were able to update to a new address on short notice. The arrangement they created was superb and the recipient loved it. Definitely go with "Designer's Choice" if you don't know what to pick; the flower artists here really have a gorgeous eye. Highly recommend.
