A truly lovely experience from start to finish and all done online/through email. They were incredibly responsive when my original delivery date was not available and were able to update to a new address on short notice. I called this shop because I had been to a wedding that they had done the flowers for and they were so beautiful. I needed something spectacular for my parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration. I looked at their web site and found a lot of very unique flower designs then I called. Annie was very helpful and informed me that some of the flowers i wanted were seasonal and not available but she assured me that they would do something equally impressive. When the flowers arrived by the specified time I was just blown away, the arrangement was by far the most incredible I had ever seen. I would definitely recommend this florist to anyone.

Annie is fabulous! Her arrangements are amazing! She's very easy to work with and just gets the aesthetic every time. She's made several arrangements for me, ranging from birthday bouquet, table decor and larger funeral arrangement and quite a few more. Each time she's knocked it out of the park! She's so talented and I wouldn't use anyone else! Annie and her shop are an absolute gem in Laguna Niguel.

Annie was great to work with! The centerpieces, my bouquet, my bridesmaids bouquets, and boutonnieres ended up looking so great given the simple design we wanted. If you don't know anything about flowers, she's very honest about what will and will not work well together. She suggested adding hydrandreas to my centerpieces, which I am so glad I took her advice. She really nailed the style I was looking for (simple, timeless, elegant, and classy, nothing overdone and gawdy). Flowers were great quality, and the way she arranged the occasional red roses with the white/ivory roses and hydrangeas looked perfect; like straight out of a magazine. Also, her delivery to the hotel was right on time, and she is very easy to get a hold of if you have any questions or editions to add. She worked with our budget, and was honest with what was more or less expensive. So I never felt she was trying to upsell me or rip me off to get me to choose more expensive flowers. I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with!

I was caught in a pinch this morning when another florist lost my order, even though I ordered it two months ago. I called La Tulipe floral design and they were absolutely more than accommodating. I had a VERY LAST-MINUTE custom order that I needed within an hour for my nephew's anniversary. Not only did they have it ready on time, but the flowers exceeded our expectations! I tried to send same day delivery flowers. I put the order in before the cut-off time. I received an email that said the flowers were being delivered the following day because "I just spoke with our connecting florist in Cheverly and wanted to let you know that we have to push the delivery date because the storm they're having is preventing the owner from wanting to put their driver on the road." It is 53 degrees and sunny here. They mailbox for customer service is full, so there is no way to speak with anyone. I would not recommend using them!

Met with Annie at La Tulipe to order a casket spray for my Uncle's service. I provided her a picture of what we wanted the arrangements to look like and the flowers we wanted. With all the expenses that had already incurred for the funeral service, we were on a tight budget. Annie was extremely understanding and worked with the budget we gave her, while still ensuring that the flowers we receive will be beautiful. When we arrived at my Uncle's viewing, we were very pleased and happy at how beautiful she made the spray...better than what we had envisioned. I have been using La Tulipe Floral Designs for a few years now to surprise my Mom in Michigan. Here is the latest arrangement they did for my mothers 70th birthday. I’ve never seen anything as beautiful and stunning (besides my wife ;) . My mom absolutely loved it! We pooled our money as a family to give her a big design and boy did they deliver. I feel this place is past its prime. Place is cramped and dated. Flower arrangement styles are dated. Even the center it's in is in need of a renovation. Stopped in to pick up flowers for my wife and just didn't like the whole deal. Very limited selection. Asked for roses to be wrapped in brown paper and I got this weird iridescent glittering mesh fabric wrap. Roses were moderate in quality at best. Just weird.

Flowers were nice but not the color that was ordered. They should have told me that in advance

I ordered for same day delivery and the order unfortunately was delivered in freezing temperatures so the plant did not survive. Upon contacting them they redelivered the plant and it is just beautiful! I appreciate the customer service especially as this was meant as a sympathy bouquet. Thank you for your service La Tulipe!

The owner, Annie, was very pleasant to work with, was helpful with all our questions/concerns, good with communication, and made our vision come true for our big day. There was also never any pressure on budget, which was very refreshing!

Our centerpieces were included in our package through the venue (part of the reason we went with La Tulipe, as she had worked this venue many times) and they were exactly what we wanted - personally, I had feared they would be/look cheap (since they were "included"), but I was REALLY impressed with how they turned out.

Annie also worked with my now Husband, on two projects, that were surprises - both turned out amazing!

All in all, we were both very happy with La Tulipe, and would recommend to anyone looking for a florist.

As for flowers, I just used this vendor for just personal flowers. Anne Kim was an absolute doll! I loved working with her. The flower turned out better than I expected. My original flowers for the groomsmen were supposed to be white orchids, but they were in the mist of dying so she replaced them with purple ones; which turned out to be wonderful match to the color theme. The only exception was that one of my bridesmaid flowers was wrapped in masking-tape instead of satin...I'm assuming she ran out.
