I would like to share that customer service is alive and well at La Tulipe Floral designs!!! I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a different state. Being in Texas I did not take into consideration the weather in Wisconsin On the delivery instructions I said if not home leave at the front door. Cecilia not only called and left me a message, she also sent a text letting me know it was to cold to leave the arrangement at the front door. I contacted my friends and the spoke with Cecilia in order to facilitate the delivery!Thank you Cecilia you went above and beyond what another person would do!

The centerpieces La Tulipe delivered for my wedding went above and beyond my expectations. They were absolutely beautiful; colorful, all flowers in bloom, fresh and fragrant. Everyone could not believe the brightness and color of the flowers. Absolutely gorgeous. Reasonable pricing and a clear breakdown of costs, I had no surprises there. Annie was a bit hard to get a hold of sometimes, but being the owner of the business I understood.

If you are looking for the highest quality and best customer service, La Tulipe is amazing. The owner is the kindest person who will even give you her cell number and go out of her way to make sure you are taken care of. Prices are extremely reasonable as well and I will never go anywhere else!

I feel this place is past its prime. Place is cramped and dated. Flower arrangement styles are dated. Even the center it's in is in need of a renovation. Stopped in to pick up flowers for my wife and just didn't like the whole deal. Very limited selection. Asked for roses to be wrapped in brown paper and I got this weird iridescent glittering mesh fabric wrap. Roses were moderate in quality at best. Just weird.

Annie did such a great job on my flowers! Most of the arrangements were bigger than I expected them to be and the colors were fantastic! Annie had great suggestions when I didn't know what I was looking for, but she was great at accommodating the things I was stubborn about too. Great wedding florist!

I placed an order for a Bday bouquet that wasn´t delivered on the indicated date. I had issues contacting the seller, but once I did I was explained that she had staff with Covid that weren´t available to answer calls or emails. In addition, apparently the local florist had shut down their system for personal reasons (??) and didn´t process my order. A chain of odd events. Eventually, although a day later than the original date, the California seller took care of my order and upgrated the bouquet to the most expensive one and was delivered a day later. I would recommend always making sure the florist is a local seller in your area.

Met with Annie at La Tulipe to order a casket spray for my Uncle's service. I provided her a picture of what we wanted the arrangements to look like and the flowers we wanted. With all the expenses that had already incurred for the funeral service, we were on a tight budget. Annie was extremely understanding and worked with the budget we gave her, while still ensuring that the flowers we receive will be beautiful. When we arrived at my Uncle's viewing, we were very pleased and happy at how beautiful she made the spray...better than what we had envisioned. I have been using La Tulipe Floral Designs for a few years now to surprise my Mom in Michigan. Here is the latest arrangement they did for my mothers 70th birthday. I’ve never seen anything as beautiful and stunning (besides my wife ;) . My mom absolutely loved it! We pooled our money as a family to give her a big design and boy did they deliver. I can't say enough how please we were with the flowers she designed for us. She was so helpful in choosing the right flowers because I couldn't decide. Annie is the best! When I was planning my wedding I knew I wanted the flowers to be amazing. I looked through tons of web images and I found many ideas. But, when the time came to deciding exactly what I wanted, I was overwhelmed. I worked with Annie and she created a beautiful design which was better than I could imagine. I was really impressed that Annie was willing to help me save money by replacing some expensive blooms with other flowers which were just as lovely. On my wedding day, the flowers were unforgettable and the WOW factor was present in every little detail my amazing bouquet, the cake topper, the gorgeous wedding arch, and the jaw dropping table centerpieces. I could not have been happier!

We expected a florist to be able to make our vision come true but not only did Annie (florist/owner) make it come true, she took it to another level. Annie is not your average florist she is an artist that works with flowers.

This week was my mothers 90th birthday and I couldn't be with her. She has recently been placed in a Board & Care facility (one step below Assisted Living) and her days are not what they were. So, it was to be flowers to bring her some joy. I always try to find a local florist to whomever I'm sending to. Read the reviews and it was to be La Tulipe. I received a picture of the flowers and was told the picture doesn't do them justice. In fact, not until later did they realize the arrangement was photographed from behind. If that was the back side, I can't image how spectacular the front was. I was told they were the freshest flowers they'd ever seen delivered from a florist. The consensus is this arrange will bring joy for days to come. Thank you La Tulipe for helping me make my mother's birthday special.
