I absolutely love this flower shop! The flowers are always fresh and the arrangements are stunning! It doesn't matter what the occassion is, they have never disappointed me or my family and friends who have received them. Annie and her staff of employees have gone over and beyond with their customer service and I will be Forever Grateful. I feel this place is past its prime. Place is cramped and dated. Flower arrangement styles are dated. Even the center it's in is in need of a renovation. Stopped in to pick up flowers for my wife and just didn't like the whole deal. Very limited selection. Asked for roses to be wrapped in brown paper and I got this weird iridescent glittering mesh fabric wrap. Roses were moderate in quality at best. Just weird.

I have been using La Tulipe Floral Designs for a few years now to surprise my Mom in Michigan. Here is the latest arrangement they did for my mothers 70th birthday. I’ve never seen anything as beautiful and stunning (besides my wife ;) . My mom absolutely loved it! We pooled our money as a family to give her a big design and boy did they deliver. La Tulipe goes beyond customer’s expectations! The owner personally called me on the Friday when she had to place my order with another florist due to me being in another state. That florist dropped the ball and La Tulipe was all over it calling everyone shop including grocery stores to get an arrangement over to the destination. That flower shop closed for the weekend so La Tulipe placed another order with another flower shop to make sure it would get delivered Monday and upgraded it for us. They again went over and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! I actually ended up with 2 sets of flowers because they wanted to make sure we got them. I was kind of was worried with going with them because they were in another state but they were amazing ! Better customer service and product than the usual big floral shipping sites! I will never use 1-800 Flowers or FTD again !

I ordered 5 centerpieces for a retirement party this last weekend. The arrangements were so beautiful, the gold square vases were very beautiful also. I had so many guest ask where I got the flowers from and wanted there phone number. Sitting at the table you could smell the flowers and the scent was so nice. I was referred to La Tulipe by a local shop, as the person I was sending flowers to lives out of the local area. For context, they live in a very small town and don't have mail delivered to their house, so we had a bit of a challenge with delivery options. La Tulipe stepped up, was very responsive, and helped me redirect the delivery to a family member's house. These were sympathy flowers, and La Tulipe's designer did a masterful job, ultimately bringing tears of joy to this family during an otherwise sad time.

Highly recommend. Staff were attentive, quick to respond, and extremely professional. Excellent communication. Substitutions had to be made for our arrangement, and the overall result was absolutely lovely. Would definitely order from La Tulipe again.

I flew out of town this morning on business leaving my wife behind to work all day and pack all night, as we are moving in about 2 weeks, I felt horribly guilty. As a small gesture I sent my wife flowers from La Tulipe Floral designs. The arrangement was beautiful, the service was amazing and now my wife is in a great mood. Annie was awesome and seemed very helpful from the first time we met with her. She offered to help in every way she could and she really was able to fill a lot of the 'holes' as far as service that we needed. She was willing and able to do setup, bring chairs, etc, etc. The problem came on the day of the wedding: There was no flower petals in the aisle way as requested, no tool across the chairs as requested at the ceremony, and no tool at the reception. We were told later that there was no enough to cover but we never received a call for instructions. Annie was very sorry, though, and offered some arrangements after and overall we do appreciate all she was able to do. The problems seems to have been that she relied to much on assistants rather than being there herself. There was even a problem delivering the 'I'm sorry' arrangements that were sent to us later.

It is difficult for us to recommend La Tulipe to anyone but seeing all the other rave reviews, perhaps it was just bad luck/timing. Thing happen and we are sorry they happened to us. All in all though, the arrangements we got at the wedding and after were beautiful, so it is tough not to recommend those.

I normally order from a different florist in North OC, but our Memorial service was in South OC so I looked at what several different florist offered and really liked what I saw on La Tulipe's site. Annie is the best! When I was planning my wedding I knew I wanted the flowers to be amazing. I looked through tons of web images and I found many ideas. But, when the time came to deciding exactly what I wanted, I was overwhelmed. I worked with Annie and she created a beautiful design which was better than I could imagine. I ordered two leis for my son's graduation from Chico State. I hand carried the leis (via a plastic container given at pick-up) on the plane for the ceremony which was 9:00am the next morning. I gave my son the container and he placed in it the fridge. When I saw him after the ceremony, I noticed two things: (1) he wasn't wearing the white flower lei as it fell apart in his hands when putting it on and (2) the purple orchid lei was only 3/4 of flowers... it didn't go end to end!

Anne, our florist, provided exceptional service. We highly recommend her, as her floral arrangements are truly spectacular. This was our initial experience, and we anticipate many more.

La Tulipe was recommended to me by a fellow Mom with a high school student when we were in need of a corsage for my son's date. I thought the first time I worked with Annie she was the best - but the most recent winter formal flowers were the best I've ever seen for my 2 sons high schools dances over 6 years! She is always so great about asking what the date's dress color is and what color ribbon (as a mother of 2 boys, I just don't think of these things!:)), and then confirming if we want to order the boutonnière with her too so they will match. I'm always last minute and she is always accommodating and makes the pick up easy. I am now the one recommending La Tulipe to other moms!

I used Annie for my wedding. She was fantastic. I was very vague in my description of what I wanted. I basically told her she was the professional, not me, so she needed to tell me what was going to look good. Told her we were going for a rustic look for our wedding, what my colors were, and sent her a couple pictures of things I liked. She nailed it! Exactly what I imagined, but couldn't say. She was so friendly and personable too. Flowers were delivered on time and everything went off without a hitch. Professional, friendly, and very talented! Oh and prices were very reasonable as well.

Met with Annie at La Tulipe to order a casket spray for my Uncle's service. I provided her a picture of what we wanted the arrangements to look like and the flowers we wanted. With all the expenses that had already incurred for the funeral service, we were on a tight budget. Annie was extremely understanding and worked with the budget we gave her, while still ensuring that the flowers we receive will be beautiful. When we arrived at my Uncle's viewing, we were very pleased and happy at how beautiful she made the spray...better than what we had envisioned. The flower arrangement that Annie at La Tulipe sent to the Service I was attending was better than I expected and without having the picture from online next to the arrangement, I would have said, it was the same, just bigger and better! They are not what they used to be. Overpriced, the flowers they deliver are a bastered-child version of what you see on the website and the vase they come in are almost never the same as what you see on the website. I gave them a 3 because the owner is very nice on the phone.

I ordered a flower arrangement for a friend who just had surgery. I chose La Tulipe Floral Designs because I was recommended by a few people. Someone told me that they are family owned. I decided to give this flower shop a try.
I ordered the flowers titled " One Fine Day", In the picture online, it looks like a beautiful vase with something green inside. I saw a picture of the flowers that my friend received, The vase looked nothing like the picture, The vase part didn't seem like it was glass, seemed like a cheap basket but couldn't tell for sure. The vase in the picture on the website seemed like clear glass. The vase I saw from my friend seemed like a greenish color.

Overall, they did A GREAT job designing them but it was way too pricy. I understand there is a delivery fee and other fees but it was way to pricy for the look of the flowers. It also looked really small. I wish they put it in a better looking vase. Overall, I liked it but it wasn't great. I am not sure if I would use them again. I bet, there are other flower shops that may be a little less expensive. I thought I would give them a four rating because the flowers looked beautiful but wasn't great. Wish it was a clear vase.

I am not sure if I would order from them again unless they had coupons or better deals.
