La Tulipe Floral Designs designed the flowers for my wedding in Laguna Beach. Words cannot express how unbelievably gorgeous they were. I was in another state and worked purely with Annie over the phone. I did not know what I wanted and Annie provided me inspiration pictures and had extensive knowledge of the venue. When I arrived in Laguna Beach, the flowers were beyond my expectations. I could not recommend them more!

La Tulipe went above & beyond! I placed a late order for a floral arrangement to be delivered the next day for a funeral. I received a call later that same night and spoke to the kind lady(I'm so sorry I can't remember your name ), but she said due to the late order they couldn't promise they would have the flowers needed for my order. I explained the situation and explained that it was ok for her to use whatever flowers she had. I wasn't promised on time delivery but they were gonna do their best. Annie was great to work with! When I met with her I had NO idea what I wanted for flowers, just a color scheme. We looked through the flowers in her book and I told her what I liked and didn’t like. She made some beautiful arrangements just with those. She was very professional and knowledgeable. My ONLY issue I had was my bouquet came in the wrong flowers! It was supposed to be white orchid and I got white roses. I wasn’t a fan of the way they looked, it was so big and heavy, and I loved the bridesmaids bouquets so much, so I used a bridesmaid bouquet I ordered for one of the bridesmaids that couldn’t end up making it. I’m still very sad as I was SO looking forward to having that beautiful white orchid bouquet but Annie was so nice and comped the cost of the bouquet AND the bridesmaid bouquet that I ended up using! Very nice of her. For some reason the flower substitution wasn’t written down in the order, and that’s where the confusion happened. A simple mistake. But everything other than that little mishap was beautiful!

The flower arrangement that Annie at La Tulipe sent to the Service I was attending was better than I expected and without having the picture from online next to the arrangement, I would have said, it was the same, just bigger and better! Walked into La Tulipe the day before Valentine's Day to see if I can get a wedding bouquet and large arrangement in an oversized martini glass for a couple of great friends. I don't often give reviews even though I relay on them heavily from Yelp, but I felt it only proper to acknowledge a superior vendor. This week was my mothers 90th birthday and I couldn't be with her. She has recently been placed in a Board & Care facility (one step below Assisted Living) and her days are not what they were. So, it was to be flowers to bring her some joy. I always try to find a local florist to whomever I'm sending to. Read the reviews and it was to be La Tulipe. I received a picture of the flowers and was told the picture doesn't do them justice. In fact, not until later did they realize the arrangement was photographed from behind. If that was the back side, I can't image how spectacular the front was. I was told they were the freshest flowers they'd ever seen delivered from a florist. The consensus is this arrange will bring joy for days to come. Thank you La Tulipe for helping me make my mother's birthday special.

Annie is fabulous! Her arrangements are amazing! She's very easy to work with and just gets the aesthetic every time. She's made several arrangements for me, ranging from birthday bouquet, table decor and larger funeral arrangement and quite a few more. Each time she's knocked it out of the park! She's so talented and I wouldn't use anyone else! Annie and her shop are an absolute gem in Laguna Niguel.

The middle flowers are from La Tulipe right on time for my moms birthday, I was on the phone when she got them and she was so happy and thinks they're beautiful! I do too! I've gotten a few different arrangements sent to family members in other states and they did a fine job of getting them out and making it beautiful. The customer service there goes beyond my expectation and it's not like any other florists. Highly recommend it!

I feel this place is past its prime. Place is cramped and dated. Flower arrangement styles are dated. Even the center it's in is in need of a renovation. Stopped in to pick up flowers for my wife and just didn't like the whole deal. Very limited selection. Asked for roses to be wrapped in brown paper and I got this weird iridescent glittering mesh fabric wrap. Roses were moderate in quality at best. Just weird.

Annie was our awesome florist! She was responsible, accommodating, and a sweetheart. We had our entire floral arrangements and centerpieces changed to mostly poppies two weeks prior to our wedding. There were concerns of the poppies not blooming in time because it was the first week of the blooming season and also color surprises, Annie came through and gave beautiful arrangements and pops of colors on the receptions tables.

Excellent service from the time I first placed my order until I got the email that the flowers had been delivered. They were very responsive to my emails and kept in touch with me the entire time. Will most definitely use this service again!

We chose La Tulipe as it was a preferred vendor from our wedding venue. The owner, Annie, was very pleasant to work with, was helpful with all our questions/concerns, good with communication, and made our vision come true for our big day. There was also never any pressure on budget, which was very refreshing! Our centerpieces were included in our package through the venue (part of the reason we went with La Tulipe, as she had worked this venue many times) and they were exactly what we wanted - personally, I had feared they would be/look cheap (since they were "included"), but I was REALLY impressed with how they turned out. Annie also worked with my now Husband, on two projects, that were surprises - both turned out amazing! All in all, we were both very happy with La Tulipe, and would recommend to anyone looking for a florist.

Annie designed the flowers for my wedding. She is so personable and great to work with during the planning process. Planning a wedding can be stressful and it was nice to get her feedback and advise on setup and design. She kept us on track with the amount we budgeted for flowers. Everything came out amazing! Looking back at our wedding photos it’s clear how the arrangements can really change an event space and make it “you” for your special day.

The design is beautiful, I ordered the 'sammi' arrangement with orchids and I paid extra for premium so i figured that if the picture shown on their web it's already beautiful as it is, so paying for premium will be even better since they specify that more blooming will be added! The arrangement delivered was beautiful but looked basic even less blooming than picture on their web. Although it was a beautiful arrangement design but I dont think extra blooming was added to it.

I tried to send same day delivery flowers. I put the order in before the cut-off time. I received an email that said the flowers were being delivered the following day because "I just spoke with our connecting florist in Cheverly and wanted to let you know that we have to push the delivery date because the storm they're having is preventing the owner from wanting to put their driver on the road." It is 53 degrees and sunny here. They mailbox for customer service is full, so there is no way to speak with anyone. I would not recommend using them!

I am editing my review because the Customer service representative , Annie, followed up on my problem after reading this review and got to the bottom of my problem. She called me personally and we got flowers out to my friend on time. Thank you Annie!

Annie did such a great job on my flowers! Most of the arrangements were bigger than I expected them to be and the colors were fantastic! Annie had great suggestions when I didn't know what I was looking for, but she was great at accommodating the things I was stubborn about too. Great wedding florist!

The flowers I got from here are fantastic. They were delivered on Friday 3rd May, the temperature here was 100f! I wasn't home so they had to sit on the doorstep. It is now Wed 7th and they look as good as if they had just arrived.
