A truly lovely experience from start to finish and all done online/through email. They were incredibly responsive when my original delivery date was not available and were able to update to a new address on short notice. The arrangement they created was superb and the recipient loved it. Definitely go with "Designer's Choice" if you don't know what to pick; the flower artists here really have a gorgeous eye. Annie is TOP NOTCH and we have been going to this floral shop for years. We use it for all of our events, special occasions and I used La Tulipe for my wedding. The centerpieces La Tulipe delivered for my wedding went above and beyond my expectations. They were absolutely beautiful; colorful, all flowers in bloom, fresh and fragrant. Everyone could not believe the brightness and color of the flowers. Absolutely gorgeous. Reasonable pricing and a clear breakdown of costs, I had no surprises there. Annie was a bit hard to get a hold of sometimes, but being the owner of the business I understood.

If you are looking for the highest quality and best customer service, La Tulipe is amazing. The owner is the kindest person who will even give you her cell number and go out of her way to make sure you are taken care of. Prices are extremely reasonable as well and I will never go anywhere else!

I would like to share that customer service is alive and well at La Tulipe Floral designs!!! I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a different state. Being in Texas I did not take into consideration the weather in Wisconsin On the delivery instructions I said if not home leave at the front door.

Cecilia not only called and left me a message, she also sent a text letting me know it was to cold to leave the arrangement at the front door.

I contacted my friends and the spoke with Cecilia in order to facilitate the delivery!

The flower arrangements were gorgeous! I was able to hang my bouquet upside down to dry them & the entire amount dried perfectly for a beautiful keepsake. All of the flowers were stunning from the rock & roll roses, white star gaze lilies, black calla lilies, & blood red roses. Those blood red roses were the sweetest & most fragrant roses I have ever smelled.

Annie is fabulous! Her arrangements are amazing! She's very easy to work with and just gets the aesthetic every time. She's made several arrangements for me, ranging from birthday bouquet, table decor and larger funeral arrangement and quite a few more. Each time she's knocked it out of the park! She's so talented and I wouldn't use anyone else! Annie and her shop are an absolute gem in Laguna Niguel.

La Tulipe always comes through with the best designs! I ordered flowers for my sister in law's birthday, and they chose a really clean look that was very tasteful and beautiful, but simple. The flowers were super fresh, and I went back to my brothers house almost a month later and the flowers still looked fresh. I was really surprised ! I will always use La Tulipe because I trust that their designers will do a great job, and the GREAT customer service from them is always a plus.

I feel this place is past its prime. Place is cramped and dated. Flower arrangement styles are dated. Even the center it's in is in need of a renovation. Stopped in to pick up flowers for my wife and just didn't like the whole deal. Very limited selection. Asked for roses to be wrapped in brown paper and I got this weird iridescent glittering mesh fabric wrap. Roses were moderate in quality at best. Just weird.

I've been using La Tulipe for years. They make beautiful arrangements for the holidays & special occasions. This modern Thanksgiving arrangement was fabulous. Side Note: Our friends moved and we did not know. Annie and her team were able to get the new address and drove to a second location to deliver the flowers. Greatly appreciated

This week was my mothers 90th birthday and I couldn't be with her. She has recently been placed in a Board & Care facility (one step below Assisted Living) and her days are not what they were. So, it was to be flowers to bring her some joy. I always try to find a local florist to whomever I'm sending to. Read the reviews and it was to be La Tulipe.

I received a picture of the flowers and was told the picture doesn't do them justice. In fact, not until later did they realize the arrangement was photographed from behind. If that was the back side, I can't image how spectacular the front was. I was told they were the freshest flowers they'd ever seen delivered from a florist. The consensus is this arrange will bring joy for days to come. Thank you La Tulipe for helping me make my mother's birthday special.

Annie did a wonderful job on my wedding!! She arrived earlier than asked and made my setting beautiful! All the arrangements were more beautiful in person. I ordered two leis for my son's graduation from Chico State. I hand carried the leis (via a plastic container given at pick-up) on the plane for the ceremony which was 9:00am the next morning. I gave my son the container and he placed in it the fridge. When I saw him after the ceremony, I noticed two things: (1) he wasn't wearing the white flower lei as it fell apart in his hands when putting it on and (2) the purple orchid lei was only 3/4 of flowers... it didn't go end to end!

I highly recommend Annie and La Tulipe Floral Design. We used them for an 8th grade graduation dinner and dance and they 100% nailed what we asked for in terms of floral arrangements, color scheme and budget. They delivered to our location, on time, the flowers were fresh and absolutely beautiful. Annie and her team are the loveliest people as well! We will definitely use them again.

Annie was great to work with! When I met with her I had NO idea what I wanted for flowers, just a color scheme. We looked through the flowers in her book and I told her what I liked and didn’t like. She made some beautiful arrangements just with those. She was very professional and knowledgeable. My ONLY issue I had was my bouquet came in the wrong flowers! It was supposed to be white orchid and I got white roses. I wasn’t a fan of the way they looked, it was so big and heavy, and I loved the bridesmaids bouquets so much, so I used a bridesmaid bouquet I ordered for one of the bridesmaids that couldn’t end up making it. I’m still very sad as I was SO looking forward to having that beautiful white orchid bouquet but Annie was so nice and comped the cost of the bouquet AND the bridesmaid bouquet that I ended up using! Very nice of her. For some reason the flower substitution wasn’t written down in the order, and that’s where the confusion happened. A simple mistake. But everything other than that little mishap was beautiful!

Annie is so wonderful. She had fantastic ideas and really seemed to enjoy what she does. She let us run the show but added her knowledge and everything turned out perfectly! We have used La Tulipe for other events and recommend them to everyone we know.

Not only did I forget to put my name on the message but I also called back requesting a picture before the delivery. Both times I called I spoke with different people and they helped me right away. Annie designed the flowers for my wedding. She is so personable and great to work with during the planning process. Planning a wedding can be stressful and it was nice to get her feedback and advise on setup and design. She kept us on track with the amount we budgeted for flowers. Everything came out amazing! Looking back at our wedding photos it’s clear how the arrangements can really change an event space and make it “you” for your special day.

The flowers I got from here are fantastic. They were delivered on Friday 3rd May, the temperature here was 100f! I wasn't home so they had to sit on the doorstep. It is now Wed 7th and they look as good as if they had just arrived. Beautiful all white arrangement in clear glass vase. These are BY FAR the best flowers that I have received in this area, I have had a number of deliveries from a larger florist and they have all been rubbish compared to this. So impressed.

I found La Tulipe through the Bridal & Event Lounge. Anne was Amazing! She was able to create the exact centerpiece I found in a magazine while keeping me under my budget. Her store was very beautiful. She made me a sample and she later met me at my wedding venue to assure me everything will be perfect. The design is beautiful, I ordered the 'sammi' arrangement with orchids and I paid extra for premium so i figured that if the picture shown on their web it's already beautiful as it is, so paying for premium will be even better since they specify that more blooming will be added! The arrangement delivered was beautiful but looked basic even less blooming than picture on their web. Although it was a beautiful arrangement design but I dont think extra blooming was added to it.

La Tulipe goes beyond customer’s expectations! The owner personally called me on the Friday when she had to place my order with another florist due to me being in another state. That florist dropped the ball and La Tulipe was all over it calling everyone shop including grocery stores to get an arrangement over to the destination. That flower shop closed for the weekend so La Tulipe placed another order with another flower shop to make sure it would get delivered Monday and upgraded it for us. They again went over and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! I actually ended up with 2 sets of flowers because they wanted to make sure we got them. I was kind of was worried with going with them because they were in another state but they were amazing ! Better customer service and product than the usual big floral shipping sites! I will never use 1-800 Flowers or FTD again !
